1969年我們設計了世界上首個(gè)熱電偶溫度計，型號為BAT-4。它很快在實(shí)驗室、工廠(chǎng)、醫院及野外作業(yè)中得到應用。新型的BAT-12針對這些應用進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)：
在實(shí)驗室中：讀數達到0.1℃；穩定性近乎完美。
在野外：擁有出色的“冷接點(diǎn)參考值”功能，即使環(huán)境溫度在0℃到50℃之間變化，依然能保持測量的穩定性；產(chǎn)品密封構造，配備專(zhuān)用手提箱。
記錄功能：模擬輸出信號可使用條帶記錄器記錄。

實(shí)驗目的：愈傷組織（callus）是指原植物體的局部受到創(chuàng )傷刺激后，在傷口表面新生的組織。它由活的薄壁細胞組成，可起源于植物體任何器官內各種組織的活細胞。本次實(shí)驗對象為愈傷組織，要求磨細，而且凍液氮磨，后續用來(lái)提RNA。
