    實(shí)驗背景

    測定樣品中的重金屬含量，首要條件就是保證樣品實(shí)驗全程不接觸到任何金屬材質(zhì)的物品；若是處理少量樣品，使用陶瓷研缽即可很好處理樣品；但碰上高通量樣品處理時(shí)，使用常規的研磨器械，總免不了讓樣品接觸到金屬材質(zhì)的器具；如果樣品還是較難研磨的韌性樣品，那實(shí)驗操作起來(lái)就相當棘手。

    最近，上海凈信就接到了這樣的用戶(hù)挑戰：測定一次性餐具中的重金屬含量。

    這種新型一次性餐具有防水防油的特點(diǎn)，且韌性也較好。這些特點(diǎn)使產(chǎn)品非常符合使用標準，但正因此也增大了樣品研磨的難度。

    使用高通量組織研磨儀進(jìn)行研磨后的樣品呈細膩粉末狀，利于成分含量的測定；且實(shí)驗全程使用的器具均為塑料/陶瓷材質(zhì)，避免了外界因素對于實(shí)驗結果的干擾。
